Refund Policy

If for any reason you must cancel your camp session, please notify your Session Director immediately so another camper can be placed in camp from the waiting list.

  • If a volunteer needs to cancel, then all registrants coming with that volunteer will be dropped.

An email cancellation is acceptable.  In the notice of cancellation, please include:

• Camper’s full name(s).
• Session number
• Reason for cancellation

A refund, less a $35 processing fee, will be issued if written cancellation is received at least 30 days before the first day of the session.

If DDC  cancels any sessions because of COVID19, a full refund will be issued.
