Refund Policy

There are no refunds.  Please check your calendar before signing up for a session and verify your availability.

If, for any reason, you must cancel your camp session, please email the DDC Registrar (registrar@diablodaycamp.org) and copy your Session Director.

In the email notice of cancellation, please include:

• Camper’s full name(s).
• Session number
• Reason for cancellation

When a volunteer cancels, then all registrants coming with that volunteer are dropped. 

When an Elf Trainer cancels, then all registrants coming with that Elf Trainer are dropped.

If DDC cancels any sessions, a full refund will be issued.
