Refund Policy
If for any reason you must cancel your camp session, please notify your Session Director immediately so another camper can be placed into camp from the waiting list.
- If a volunteer needs to cancel, then all registrants coming with that volunteer will be dropped.
- If an Elf Trainer needs to cancel, then all registrants coming with that Elf Trainer will be dropped.
- Cancellations received within 30 days prior to your camp session are not eligible for a refund.
Please email registrar@diablodaycamp.org with a copy to your session directors. In the email notice of cancellation, please include:
• Camper’s full name(s).
• Session number
• Reason for cancellation
A refund, less a $35 processing fee, will be issued if written cancellation is received at least 30 days before the first day of the session.
If DDC cancels any sessions, a full refund will be issued.
