Bringing Medicine to Camp

Diablo Day Camp welcomes all campers. We know that some of these campers come with inhalers, EPI pens, and other medications that need to be a camp with the camper. If your camper is bringing medication with them to camp, we ask that you take the following steps:

• Complete the Camper Health form with complete and accurate information
• Contact your Directors if there are any special instructions or concerns
• Print and fill at the “Medicine at Camp” form
• Place all medications and the completed “Medicine at Camp” form in a large gallon zippy bag
• Have your child give the zippy bag to their unit leader
• Unused medication will be returned at the end of the week.
