Session Descriptions: 2023
- The Session descriptions listed below are provided to give you a snapshot of the program planned for the campers.
- All Twin Canyon sessions will run from 9:00 am until 3:45 pm Monday through Friday except as noted below.
- All Twin Canyon sessions offer Archery (1st grade +), Swimming, Outdoor Cooking, Crafts and Nature programs.
- The Little Hills session will run from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
- The Little Hills session offers Archery (3rd grade +), Water play and slides, Outdoor Cooking, Crafts and Nature programs.

May the Forest Be with You: Long ago, in a canyon far, far away … there existed a magical forest. Travel back with us to this place of fantasy, wonder, and other-worldly adventures. Separate designated Cadette Unit!

Splat! When colors collide! Explore the dazzling world of color. We’ll have all the usual camp fun while investigating how color works through nature, science experiments, vivid works of art and colorful games. Friday all camp activities will give the campers the opportunity for badge work as well. Separate designated Cadette Unit!

It’s Raining Cats & Dogs: What kind of pet do you have at home? Does it bark or meow? Does it have fur or scales or fins? While learning archery, outdoor cooking, camp songs and games we will share our love for animals.

Mystical Forest: Welcome Fantastic Witches! Enter the mystical forest of camp to discover your inner magic! Enjoy archery, camp cooking, crafts & swimming and maybe even spot some fantastic beasts. Friday overnight option for Elves, Staff Volunteers and their Campers ONLY.

Girl Scout Traditions: Celebrate both the old and new. Learn camp skills- fire building, outdoor cooking, knot tying and trail signs. Make new friends and catch up with old friends. Complete a badge (or two!) at camp while enjoying the outdoors.

Endangered Species: Who are they & what do we know about them? Pick your favorite endangered species- plant, animal or fish. Who are they, where do they live, what do they eat? Why are they important? What can we do to help them.

Remember the Magic! For the First Time in Forever, we will bring to life your favorite movie songs at camp! Make way for some wave-making music, mermaid melodies and of course the ice queen’s favorites. Archery for 3rd grade and up. Crafts, cooking, fun! Campers bring their own lunch each day. No Nuts please!
