Financial Aid

Financial assistance is available for Girl Scouts and Elves from Girl Scouts of Northern California for those who qualify. Financial assistance is not available for tags or boys.

If you intend to apply for financial assistance, you need to include a deposit in your day camp registration of $60 per camper or $60 per Elf. Please make check payable to Diablo Day Camp and check the box at the bottom of the registration form: “Applied for Financial Assistance“.

Request financial assistance as soon as your acceptance to camp is received.

Be Aware : APPLICATION DEADLINE for Diablo Day Camp financial aid is March 27th.

It may take as much as 4 weeks for Girl Scouts of Northern CA to process your request.  If financial aid is granted, Council will notify the Diablo Day Camp Treasurer.  The DDC Treasurer will notify you of the award amount and whether you owe additional money.

If financial aid is NOT granted or, the amount awarded doesn’t cover the camp fees fully, you must send the balance of money owed to the DDC Treasurer at least 4 weeks before your session begins.
